Marshanam sends two events: lead.created when a new lead is captured from a conversation, and lead.closed when that lead's conversation is closed. Each lead.created event includes the lead's details and the conversation messages.
API access is included on the Enterprise plan. Webhooks are available on all paid plans — Website Chatbot, WhatsApp Chatbot, Growth and Enterprise — but not on the Free Trial.
