    You receive a welcome email Marshanam sends a trial confirmation to your registered email address with everything you need to get started.

    Add our number on WhatsApp The email includes our WhatsApp number. Save it to your contacts and send the activation code exactly as shown.

    Your channel goes live Once we receive your activation code, your WhatsApp channel is activated and your 14-day free trial begins.

    Go to your dashboard Log in and start exploring all features. Simply reply to the email if you need any help along the way.

Why do you need my WhatsApp number at registration?
Your WhatsApp number is used to identify your organisation's trial account. The activation code sent via email is tied to this number to set up your WhatsApp channel.
I didn't receive the email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, reply to marshanam.voidek@gmail.com and we'll resend your trial details promptly.
Can I use a different WhatsApp number later?
Yes — you can update your WhatsApp contact number from your account settings after logging in to your dashboard.
Will I receive promotional messages on WhatsApp?
No. We only use your number for trial setup and support communications. You won't receive unsolicited marketing messages.
